1. Who we are

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this site. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy, because they affect your rights.

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

3. Who can buy

You may only place an order if you are 18 or over and are buying for laboratory research purposes only.

You will be asked to confirm both at checkout. If you cannot confirm them, do not place an order. We may cancel and refund any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe either declaration is untrue.

4. What we sell

Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research use only. Our products are not medicines, not dietary supplements, not cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

We make no claim about what any compound does, and nothing anywhere on this site should be read as a protocol, a dosing schedule, a recommendation or advice on use. We do not provide such guidance, and we will not provide it if asked.

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession and use of these products is lawful where you are, and for handling and disposing of them safely and in accordance with any rules that apply to you.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or when payment is taken.

We may decline an order. Reasons include stock being unavailable, a pricing or description error, a failed payment, a delivery address we do not ship to, or reasonable grounds to believe the order breaches these terms. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.

We try to describe and price everything accurately. If we spot an obvious error after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at checkout unless your order qualifies for free delivery. [FREE DELIVERY THRESHOLD — currently stated as orders over £100.]

Payment is by bank transfer through Open Banking, handled by our payment provider, Fena. You approve the payment in your own banking app or website. We never see or hold your bank credentials or card details.

We do not dispatch until payment has cleared.

7. Delivery

We ship to [TERRITORIES]. Orders placed before [CUT-OFF TIME] on a working day are normally dispatched the same day, otherwise the next working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays, because these products ship cold and a parcel posted into a weekend sits in a depot.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier, timing is outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Orders arrive in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents.

8. Cancellation, returns and faults

Because our products are temperature-controlled and sealed, the statutory 14-day right to cancel does not apply once an order has been dispatched. The reasons, and what we do instead, are set out in full in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

In short: you can cancel before dispatch for a full refund, and we replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, warm, or not matching its certificate, if you tell us within 48 hours of delivery.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

9. Your responsibilities

By ordering, you agree that you will not resell our products as being for human or veterinary use, will not represent that we have made any claim about what they do, and will store, handle and dispose of them safely.

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to interfere with it, or to attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not authorised to use.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any use of our products, which are supplied for laboratory research only and are not fit for any other purpose. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

11. Our content

The text, images, branding and design on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Certificates of analysis are published for you to read and verify. You may download and keep them.

12. Your data

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email support@nuewell.com with your order number. We reply within one working day and we would rather hear from you than not.

14. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

If we do not enforce a term straight away, that does not mean we have given up the right to do so later.

These terms are governed by the law of [ENGLAND AND WALES], and the courts of [ENGLAND AND WALES] have jurisdiction.
