BPC-157 / TB-500 Stack

How it works Certificate on every batch
What it is

Two compounds in one cartridge: BPC-157 and TB-500. Both appear in tissue repair models but they are unrelated molecules with different proposed mechanisms. This pen holds 5mg of each, 10mg total content, already in solution.

Why it is being studied

Different routes. One is a gastric protein fragment, the other an actin binding fragment.

Fixed ratio. Pre-mixed in one cartridge, so the proportion cannot be varied.

Little combination data. The pairing is common in practice and thin in the literature.

Good to know
5mg / 5mg pen store 2–8°C needle included research use only

Mostly preclinical research. Human data is limited, and nothing here establishes an effect in people.

Original price was: £649.00.Current price is: £599.00.

How to Use

Before you start
Check the batch number on the pen against the certificate of analysis on this page. If they don't match, don't use the pen. Contact us and we'll replace it.

Inspect the solution through the window. It should be clear and free of particles. Copper peptide solutions are blue, and that colour is expected. Cloudiness, discolouration or visible matter means the pen should not be used.

The pen
Each pen arrives pre-filled, in solution, at the concentration on the label. There is nothing to reconstitute, no bacteriostatic water to add and no concentration to calculate.

The dose counter is mechanical. Turning the dial advances it one increment at a time, with an audible click per increment, and the number in the window is the amount set. The counter cannot be turned past the volume remaining.

Pens take standard pen needles, supplied with your order. Fit a fresh one each time and remove it afterwards. Leaving a needle attached lets air into the cartridge and can affect what the counter reads next.

Storage
Refrigerate at 2–8°C on arrival and keep the pen in its carton. Peptides in solution degrade faster in light, and copper peptides faster still.

Do not freeze. Freezing damages peptides in solution and the pen cannot be relied on afterwards, whatever it looks like.

Return the pen to refrigeration between uses once the seal is broken. A cold pen is stiffer to dial, so leaving it out for a few minutes beforehand makes the counter turn more smoothly.

Disposal
Used needles go into a sharps container, not household waste. UK pharmacies and local councils both supply them, and most councils collect full ones on request.

Supplied for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, and not a medicine. Nothing on this page describes a protocol, a schedule or an application, and none should be inferred.

Testing & Quality Standards

Every batch is tested before release
No batch reaches our shelves without a report from an independent laboratory. Testing is done by a third party with no commercial interest in the result, not by us and not by the manufacturer.

What the certificate shows
Identity, confirming the compound is what the label says it is. Purity, measured by high-performance liquid chromatography and reported as a percentage. The date of testing and the batch number the result applies to.

How to check it yourself
Every pen carries a batch number, and the certificate on this page carries the same number. If the two don't match, something has gone wrong in our dispatch and we want to hear about it. We'll replace the pen.

Certificates are published as the laboratory issued them. We don't retype results, summarise them or crop the report.

Cold chain
Stock is held refrigerated and ships in insulated packaging with a cold pack. Orders are dispatched so they travel over the shortest practical window rather than sitting in a depot over a weekend.

If a pen arrives damaged, warm, or not matching its certificate, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s actually in this pen?
One solution containing both compounds: 5mg of BPC-157 and 5mg of TB-500, 10mg total content. They are not in separate chambers.

Can I dial the two compounds separately?
No. Both are in the same solution at a fixed ratio, so the dose counter moves them together. If you need to vary them independently, buy the single-compound pens instead.

Does the certificate cover both compounds?
Yes. Each is tested separately before filling, and the combined batch is tested again afterwards. The certificate on this page reports identity and HPLC purity for both, under one batch number that matches the pen.

Is this the same TB-500 as your single pen?
Yes, the same synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4 from the same supply. The only difference is that here it’s in solution alongside BPC-157.

How does the price compare to buying both separately?
A combination pen is one device, one fill and one batch test rather than two, so it costs less than the two single pens together. The trade-off is the fixed ratio.

Does it store any differently?
No. Refrigerate at 2–8°C on arrival, keep it in the carton, don’t freeze, and keep it refrigerated between uses once the seal is broken.

Store at 2–8°C

Refrigerate on arrival and keep the pen in its carton, away from light.

Cold-chain shipped

Insulated packaging with a cold pack, in a plain outer box with no reference to the contents.

Never freeze

Freezing damages peptides held in solution. A frozen pen cannot be relied on afterwards.

Third-party tested

Every batch tested by an independent laboratory for identity and purity by HPLC.

Batch traceable

The batch number printed on the pen matches the number on its certificate.

Certificate on the page

Published exactly as the laboratory issued it. Not summarised, not on request.

OVERVIEW

Product Description

A combination pen holding two synthetic peptides in one solution: BPC-157, a fifteen amino acid sequence, and TB-500, a short fragment corresponding to the active region of thymosin beta-4.

Both are already in solution at stated concentrations, so there is no mixing step and no need to combine separate preparations. One pen, one mechanical dose counter, standard pen needle fitting.

Each compound is tested separately by an independent laboratory, and the combined batch is tested again after filling. The certificate of analysis on this page records identity and purity for every compound in the pen, with the test date and a batch number matching the pen.

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C and keep the pen in its carton, away from light. Do not freeze. Once the seal is broken, keep the pen refrigerated between uses and replace the cap after each use.

Ships in insulated packaging with a cold pack, in a plain outer box with no reference to the contents. Supplied for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, and not a medicine.

Mechanism

How does it work

These two are paired because both appear in tissue repair research, not because they share a mechanism. BPC-157 is a fragment of a gastric protein with no identified receptor and proposed effects on nitric oxide and VEGF receptor 2 signalling. TB-500 is a fragment of thymosin beta-4 that binds actin and influences how cells rebuild their internal scaffolding.

That the two are frequently combined says more about practice than about published evidence. Work examining the pairing itself, as opposed to each compound separately, is scarce.

The published base here is small and much of it is preclinical. Nothing in it establishes an effect in people, and we make no claim that it does.
